My womenswear collection is inspired by Te Ao Maori.  After looking at its many aspects, I was drawn towards the art of Raranga Harakeke. Its geometric forms influenced my bold designs which are hand painted onto sheer fabrics.  I experimented with natural fibres, simple cuts and fabric dying to create rich colourful garments.
